Corectorul este un instrument utilizat pentru a corecta greșelile din scris. Acestea pot fi disponibile sub formă de bandă sau sub formă de lichid. Corectorul sub formă de bandă este o bandă adezivă acoperită cu un strat de vopsea albă sau transparentă, care poate fi aplicată peste greșeala din text pentru a o acoperi. Corectorul sub formă de lichid este o soluție albă sau colorată care poate fi aplicată cu un aplicator sub formă de peniță.
